Q1 — 第1段階：本人確認Stage 1: Identity Verification

日本国内の有効な「在留カード」をお持ちですか？Do you hold a valid Residence Card (Zairyu Card) issued in Japan?

※必ず原本をご確認ください※ Original card must be presented

❌ 審査終了・お断りApplication Declined 不法滞在等の入管法違反リスクが高いため、お申し込みをお受けできません。 The risk of immigration law violation is extremely high. We are unable to accept your application.

Q2 — 第1段階：在留資格の確認Stage 1: Residence Status

現在の在留資格（ビザ）は何ですか？What is your current residence status (visa category)?

Q2-A. 今後「経営・管理ビザ」への切り替え手続きを行いますか？Are you planning to change your status to a Business Manager visa?

❌ 審査終了・お断りApplication Declined 現在のビザでの事業運営は「資格外活動（不法就労）」となり、法律違反となります。 Operating a business under your current visa constitutes unauthorized work activity and is a violation of immigration law.

Q2-B. 日本で「経営・管理ビザ」を新規取得するための準備（法人設立・事業所探し）ですか？Are you here to prepare for obtaining a Business Manager visa (company incorporation / office search)?

❌ 審査終了・お断りApplication Declined 短期滞在ビザでの実質的な事業活動は入管法違反となります。 Conducting substantive business activities on a short-term stay visa violates the Immigration Control Act.

❌ 審査終了・お断り（別プランへご案内）Application Declined — Please consider the Private Office plan 個室以外では入管の「事業所の独立性」要件を満たさず、ビザが下りません。完全個室プランへの変更をご検討ください。 A non-private space does not meet the immigration office independence requirement and a visa will not be granted. Please consider upgrading to the Private Office plan.

Q4 — 第2段階：資本金の確認Stage 2: Capital Verification

会社設立の要件となる「資本金500万円以上」の目処は立っていますか？Do you have a plan to secure the required capital of ¥5,000,000 or more for company incorporation?

❌ 審査終了・お断り（または保留）Application Declined (or On Hold) ビザ取得の現実性が低く、家賃滞納や施設の不正利用リスクがあるため、お申し込みをお受けできません。 The feasibility of obtaining a visa is low and there is a risk of rent default and facility misuse. We cannot accept your application at this time.

Q5 — 第3段階：コンプライアンス誓約Stage 3: Compliance Pledge

入退室用アクセスカードを、審査未通過の第三者（ビザを持たない知人や不法就労者など）に貸与・共有しないことを誓約しますか？Do you pledge not to lend or share your access card with any third party who has not passed our screening (e.g., individuals without a valid visa or undocumented workers)?

❌ 審査終了・お断りApplication Declined セキュリティ違反および不法就労助長のリスクがあるため、お申し込みをお受けできません。 This poses a risk of security violations and facilitation of unlawful employment. We are unable to accept your application.

入居審査のため、「在留カード（表・裏）」および「パスポート（顔写真ページ）」をアップロードしてください。 Please upload your Residence Card (front & back) and Passport (photo page) for the screening process.
